Celebrate your child’s birthday with the alpacas at Rainbow Magic Alpaca Farm!

Our Private Alpaca Birthday Party Experience is designed for groups of up to 15 guests, with all ages welcome. Your group will have private access to our main alpaca feeding area for an hour of feeding and petting the alpacas, followed by 30 minutes of birthday celebration time for cake and singing Happy Birthday.

What to Expect

Your experience takes place in front of our main barn in Pasture Two, a central area located between two of our alpaca pastures. Guests can feed and pet our alpacas through the pasture fence while enjoying time together on the farm.

Please note that this is not an in-pasture or one-on-one alpaca interaction. The alpaca portion of the party is the same style of feeding and petting experience available to the public during our regular open hours, but your birthday party receives a private reserved time slot.

All guests are also welcome to visit and shop in our farm store during their time at Rainbow Magic Alpaca Farm.

Birthday Celebration

Following your hour with the alpacas, your group will have an additional 30 minutes for cake and singing Happy Birthday.

We will provide:

• Tables and chairs for your party

• Assistance with serving the cake

• Cleanup after the celebration

Families are responsible for providing:

• Birthday cake or other dessert

• Plates

• Napkins

• Utensils

Party Details

Booking & Deposit

A $75 deposit is required to reserve your birthday party date and time. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your party, with the remaining balance due at the time of your visit.

Party host may arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up any balloons or decorations.

Cancellation Policy

The $75 deposit is fully refundable when canceled at least 48 hours before your scheduled party.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled party are non-refundable.

Weather & Rescheduling Policy

The safety of our guests, staff, and animals is our top priority.

If weather or farm conditions—including heavy rain, storms, extreme heat or cold, or other unsafe conditions—require Rainbow Magic Alpaca Farm to cancel or modify your party, you may choose to:

• Reschedule your party for a future date, or

• Receive a full refund

If you choose to reschedule, your new reservation will be subject to the same 48-hour cancellation policy.
